If you would still like to return your socks for a refund, please follow the steps below.

 

1. Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email customerservice@donsox.com within 30 days of purchase (based on the date shown on your order confirmation).

 

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund:

 

Socks must be unworn

 

Tags must be attached and undamaged

 

Items must be returned in their original condition

 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned socks:

 

We will issue a refund to the original payment method

 

Refunds are processed minus postage costs (both original delivery and return shipping)

 

4. Membership Requirement

To return Don Sox products and receive a refund, you must be a registered Don Sox member.
