It could be challenging for busy men to manage stress. A little bit of stress in our lives can be beneficial, but if you let it out of control, the impact on your overall health can be detrimental. Here are some tips on understanding and managing stress like the Boss you are:

1. Identify your stressors and figure out what’s causing you the most anxiety. The causes of stress vary, but research shows it can be broken down into four major categories: social (e.g., relationships), environmental factors such as job responsibility or financial stability, lifestyle choices like exercise habits, and personal characteristics (your personality type).

2. Make a plan to reduce or eliminate those stressors. It’s not always easy to eliminate all the stress in your life, but small steps to reduce these triggers can help in the long term.

3. Practice some type of exercise. Any kind counts from relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, yoga, or your HIIT session at the gym. Whatever rocks your boat but move that body and quiet that mind!
