How To Shop For Your Donster Man Before Valentine’s Day

Have you got a hunky hubby or still-dating-days heart-throb in your life?

Whatever the case may be, with V-Day (aka Valentine’s Day) peeping around the corner, you may be scanning your radar for that simply perfect gift. Which is easier said than done (yep, gift anxiety is actually a thing!).

Just in case you’re the curious type, Valentine’s Day has some pretty dark origins that have absolutely nothing to do with cherubs, cupids or chocolates.

Depending on which version of history you’re looking it, the day either originates from a somewhat bizarre ancient Roman springtime festival that aimed to match make couples ‘by lottery’ (not love), or a martyred priest called Valentine who was executed on 14 February back in the day.
