We have put a lot of effort to create high quality socks that are stylish yet still comfortable and durable to wear but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact us at customerservice@donsox.com, we will always happy to discuss the issue and try to help. If you still would like to return your socks and get a refund, please follow the below steps:
Contact us at customerservice@donsox.com within 30 days from purchase (date as shown in your order of purchase number);
Returned socks need to be unworn and with tags still attached and undamaged;
Once we have received the socks we will refund you the money less the posting costs (original delivery and return).
Money will be refund to the original card of purchase.
Please note that to be able to return Don Sox and receive a refund from us you need to be a registered member of Don Sox.
